Bonnie Rouse

Bonnie grew up in New Jersey and Greensboro, NC. She attended Appalachian State University where she earned a B.S. in Psychology and a M.A. in Community Counseling.  She enjoyed her time there learning and working as a ski instructor.

Shortly after moving to Asheville in 2000, she opened The Little Gym of Asheville and operated it for ten years. After a long yet rewarding gig as a stay at home momma (to her son and twin daughters), she resumed her career as a substitute with Buncombe County Schools.

Her hobbies include reading, hiking, skiing, coaching soccer and lots of outside time with her family! She also loves taking picures of her 2 cats (Boots and Grace).

She is super excited to be part of the 3rd grade team as an Associate Teacher.
