Jo Giordano

Jo Giordano has a M.A. in Physical Education and a B.S. in Elementary Education from Warren Wilson College. She has been teaching Adventure P.E. at Evergreen since 2004. Before handing them over to the Adventure Coordinator, Jo built the climbing, ropes course, ski & snowboard, and mountain bike programs. Jo served as the EverAfter founder and Athletic Director while building a Hospitality League for area schools to play ultimate, flag football, soccer, and basketball. Jo's son, Brodie, is a 7th grader at Evergreen and they enjoy being active in these sports together. Their dog, Tater Tot, is an emotional support dog that stays in the gym to help keep the peace. With free time, Jo chooses to exercise, play with family and friends, and spread her morning announcement book Wise From Within to more schools.
